What has happened to our winter at the lake? It has been a quiet one. With no snow to speak of the most outdoor winter activity we have seen is some ice fishing and ice skating. Fishing was pretty good in November for Shawn Smith, but we haven’t seen any photos from the ice fisherman yet, just TAILS!
OPEN TO ALL! A SUPER BOWL party will be held at the Lake Carroll Clubhouse this Sunday, February 5th.
TIME: Game starts at 5:30 p.m. Come early! Reservations accepted. There will be a Clubhouse Committee 50/50 Raffle, Tailgating Appetizers and a limited regular menu. Many drink special also. Hope to see you there!

Mon-Fri 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Mon-Fri 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
S&S 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. S&S 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Winter Carnival is scheduled for February 18th. This is an indoor event with games from 1-4p.m. The event is held at the Plumtree Lodge and is always a great activity for the kids. Plan on stopping by for a bit and letting the kids play games while you sit and relax in front of the fireplace!!!
Big news! Even though we have not had much snow the Lake Carroll Ski Club is back up and running. They will be hosting an event at Chestnut Mtn. on Feb. 4th. Download the brochure for that event. Come be part of the fun and enjoy what Chestnut Mtn. and the Ski Club has put together. You will meet a lot of Lake Carroll members, can ask questions about the community and just have a FUN day.
Valentine’s Day Dinner at the Lake Carroll Clubhouse will be celebrated on Feb. 11th. Special menu for you and your special one. Call by Feb. 5th to reserve a place. Dining is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Public is invited to celebrated with us! Good time to come out and check out the atmosphere, friendship and food at the Lake Carroll Clubhouse.
